Introductions

We love meeting new clients that are evidently excited about an upcoming event - it only inspires us to work harder on their projects to make sure every detail is perfect. But, in order to work together, we must get to know one another and communicate our processes. Are you already building an inspiration board or have no idea where to start? The introductions are meant to ignite that feeling and a quick chat will say a lot about your initial expectations and we can provide our input as well.

Consultation

Let’s meet and narrow down your options so we can start sketching, designing and showing you our ideas. Bring examples, photos, videos, collages, color palettes, textures ... just about anything you’ve had your eye on and would like to incorporate in your event’s floral arrangements. This will allow our team at Dolce Fiore to gauge your personal style and overall vision.

Booking

In order to book our services - we request a deposit along with a signed contract that outlines your requests and promises on our end. Communication will continue even after signing the contract, we are available to make changes and adjustments to initial plans. We understand that you want to be completely satisfied with the arrangements and will modify our designs accordingly.

Your Big Day

It’s time to celebrate! All your hard work and planning is coming to fruition. We will take care of everything from start to finish; setting up, adding finishing touches and tearing it all down.
