Substitution Policy
While we always strive to fill your order as pictured, please understand that seasonal changes or vendor availability means that we sometimes make small changes to your order, such as vase color or flower type. This is strictly in instances where your original selection isn’t available, and we will always inform you about these exchanges. The arrangements will still carry the theme and coloring promised, and where possible the expert florists will always substitute your arrangement upwards in value if equal value isn’t available.

Delivery Policy
We do offer various delivery services for a nominal fee for each address that needs a delivery. If you would like same day delivery, make sure to order before 12:00 in your local time. Orders placed after that will be delivered the following day.
International orders can be handled over the phone, but at this time we cannot accept them online. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause our international customers.
Special Delivery/Specific Time
While we cannot always guarantee a specific delivery time, for an additional fee we will make anything within the realm of possibility happen. You can request a time frame in the special instructions field when completing your order and we will make every effort to adhere to it. If you’re unable to message or type, feel free to call us and we’ll have one of our staff handle your request personally.
Recipient Contact/Not Home
In instances where delivery cannot be completed because an individual is not home, we will contact you by phone unless directed otherwise in the special instructions field. If it’s not possible to contact you, we will then leave the gift in a safe place such as with a neighbor or front office desk. A message may be left for the recipient to call and arrange delivery if it is not possible to contact you or safely leave for the recipient.
