Refund Policy

Your happiness matters to us. Because flowers are a fresh, perishable product, our refund policy works a little differently from a typical store. Here is how we make things right.

Our freshness promise

We stand behind the quality of our flowers. If your arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or not in the condition you expected, we want to fix it.

If something is not right

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send a photo of the arrangement to info@dolcefiorela.com or call (818) 731-4447. The photo helps us understand what happened and sort it out quickly. Once we have reviewed it, we will offer one of the following, depending on the situation:

  • A replacement arrangement
  • A store credit
  • A refund

We handle each case personally and fairly, with the goal of making you happy.

Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and availability can change. If a specific bloom is not available, our designers may substitute it with one of equal or greater value while keeping the same overall look, color palette, and style. A substitution on its own is not considered a fault and is not eligible for a refund.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please reach out as soon as you can. We can usually help if the order has not yet been prepared or sent out for delivery. Once an arrangement is being designed or is already on its way, we may not be able to cancel or refund it, since it has been made fresh just for you.

Weddings and events

Wedding and event orders are custom projects that we plan and reserve in advance. Deposits for weddings and events are non-refundable, as they secure your date and our design work. Specific terms for your event will be set out in your booking agreement.

Items we cannot refund

Because they are perishable or made to order, we are unable to accept returns on flowers and custom arrangements. We do not offer refunds for issues caused by an incorrect delivery address provided at checkout, or for a recipient being unavailable.
