We are a local floral studio in Glendale, and every order is hand delivered with care. Here is everything you need to know about how and where we deliver.

Local hand delivery

We do not ship flowers by post. Instead, our team hand delivers your arrangement to keep it fresh and beautiful on arrival.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Glendale and the surrounding Los Angeles area, including Pasadena, Burbank, and nearby communities. [confirm full delivery radius or list of zip codes]. If you are not sure whether we reach your address, just ask and we will let you know.

Same-day delivery

We offer same-day delivery in Glendale for orders placed before 1:30 PM [confirm time zone, PT]. Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the next available delivery day. Same-day availability can be limited during busy holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, so earlier orders are always a good idea.

Delivery times and fees

We deliver during our business hours and cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, though you are welcome to add a preferred window or note and we will do our best. Delivery fees depend on the delivery location and distance, and the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

If the recipient is not home

If no one is available to receive the flowers, our driver will leave them in a safe spot at the address when it is reasonable to do so, or arrange a re-delivery, which may include an additional fee. To help delivery go smoothly, please include the recipient's phone number and any access details such as gate codes or apartment numbers.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double check the delivery address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to offer a refund or free re-delivery, though we will always try to help.

Hospitals, offices, and venues

We deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and event venues across the area. For these, please include the full address along with any room number, department, ward, or contact person so we can deliver without delay.

Pickup from store

You are welcome to pick up your order from our studio at 407 W. Chevy Chase Dr., Glendale, CA 91204. Choose pickup at checkout and we will let you know when your arrangement is ready.

Weather and delays

On rare occasions, weather, traffic, or other events outside our control may delay a delivery. If anything affects your order, we will be in touch as soon as possible.
