Using our website
You are welcome to browse and shop with us for your own personal use. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.
Orders and acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy from us. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and send you a confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or description, or if we are unable to fulfill it. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Delivery fees and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time you order. We accept major cards and the wallet and pay-later options shown at checkout.
Our flowers
Every arrangement is hand-crafted, so the flowers you receive may vary slightly from the photos on our site in shape, size, and shade. Flowers are a natural and seasonal product. If a specific bloom is not available, our designers may substitute it with a flower of the same or higher value while keeping the overall style, color, and feel of the arrangement. Please see our Refund Policy for more on this.
Delivery and pickup
We hand deliver locally and offer pickup from our Glendale studio. Delivery details, timing, and fees are explained in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because flowers are prepared fresh, changes may not be possible once your order is being designed or is out for delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
Our content
The text, images, designs, and logo on this website belong to Dolce Fiore and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Limitation of liability
We pour care into every order, but to the extent allowed by law, Dolce Fiore is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of our site or products. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in California.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here.
